About Us

Our Mission

We wanted to see if we could make the easiest diet in the world for people who work long hours, that don't have time to cook every day and meal prep, count the calories in every meal, or go to overcrowded gyms. We decided to do it by using the most convenient food we could find: refrigerated and frozen meals from the supermarket/grocery store. 

We spent five years trying and testing all of them, and found that while some of them are not very good for you, there was still many that are really great, that have a good nutritional balance, and taste delicious. We took all the best meals we could find and used them to create the QuickBites Diet.

We also realised that while eating well, and walking, was enough to lose weight, but if people want defined muscles, they need to exercise. However, we didn't want to force people to go to the gym, so we created and added a simple Home Workout program, that almost anyone can do and doesn't require a gym membership.

We put this all together and called it the 4-Week Challenge.

We tried it ourselves and the results were incredible! Our friends and family saw our transformations and wanted to try it as well, and they all lost between 10-20 lbs each month, reached their weight loss goals, and loved it!

We achieved what we set out to: created the easiest diet in the world with the best ready to eat meals available. We are truly proud of what we have created, and hope that it helps you lose the weight you want, and gives you the freedom to spend your free time doing the things you love.
